Enroll in Mobile Banking
You must be a Personal Online Banking customer to use Mobile Banking. Contact your mobile service provider to verify your wireless plan and possible data charges. Message and data rates may apply. Also verify your mobile phone/device supports texting and internet capabilities.
To enroll in Mobile Banking:
- You should have your mobile phone with you.
- Log in to Online Banking from a computer and click to enroll if you are prompted, or click on the 'Options' text link in the top navigation.
- Scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile header (in red) and click on the 'Enroll Now' button and follow instructions.
- You will receive a text message with an activation code. You will need this activation code to continue.
The phone number you provide will not change any other phone numbers we have on file in our records. For assistance enrolling, please call 920.739.1040.

Text Message Banking
Enhance your Mobile Banking experience with Text Message Banking. If you are enrolled in Mobile Banking, you automatically have access to use Text Message Banking. Send short code text messages to 99588 at any time and receive account information quickly and securely. It's a simple and convenient way to get the information you need to know about your account promptly so you can stay on top of your financial matters. Text any of the following short commands to 99588 and instantly receive the information you need:
- BAL = Current and available balances for account
- BAL ALL = Current account balances
- BAL CHK = Checking account balances
- LAST = The last five transactions in your primary account
BAL + Mobile Account Nickname = Balance for that particular account
(e.g., BAL chk1)
HIST + Mobile Account Nickname = Last 4 transactions
(e.g., HIST chk1)
- TRANS = Transfer funds to your primary account
ATM + Zip Code = Nearby ATMs based on the 5 digit zip code
(e.g., ATM 54911)
- CMD = A text message listing of all valid Text Banking commands
- HELP = Contact information
- STOP = Stop your text services
For example, text BAL to 99588 and receive a text with your account balance.

To view or change your account nicknames, log in to Online Banking and click on the 'Options' text link in the top navigation. Next, scroll down to the Account Nicknames profile header (in red) and click on the 'edit' button. We recommend using short account nicknames for Text Banking since you will have to type this into your device each time you send us a text message to request transaction history.
Mobile Capture turns a smartphone into a deposit-making device, so you can safely and securely deposit checks from any location. Using a downloadable application, you snap a picture of the front and back of each check with the phone’s camera, then submit the images electronically to American National Bank Fox Cities for processing, clearing, settlement and posting. Confirmation occurs after the deposit is transmitted to the mobile capture server. You can also log in to your mobile or online banking website to verify that an item has posted.
